The Nache Method fits Pilates into your lifestyle. Rooted in the belief that strength and softness can coexist, our method blends Pilates Strength + Stretch Therapy to support your body's true strength, flexibility, and balance- both in your body, and in your life.

All classes are low-intensity, use portable equipment, and are simply accessible to fit your schedule.

    Build strength and flexibility with low-impact, Pilates-based classes. You will focus on targeted exercises to activate your core, build long, lean muscles, and improve your range of motion (ROM). Use these classes to prep your body for higher-intensity workouts, prevent injuries, and prime your body to move with control and confidence for your day!

  • Stretch

    Heal your body and calm your mind with stretch therapy classes designed to release tension and improve flexibility. Using low-intensity movements, self-myofascial release techniques, and deep breathing, this class taps into your nervous system to heal your body from within. Perfect for anyone seeking a calming, restorative experience that leaves you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on the day.
