Core Activation 101

In this 20-minute session, Naché guides you through a comprehensive core activation workout designed to connect your mind and body while building strength from the inside out.

Using a resistance band and/or towel, you'll begin with foundational movements that help you feel your deep core muscles working—without straining your hips, back, or neck. As the session progresses, you’ll layer in more advanced techniques to challenge your stability and build functional strength.

The class closes with a feel-good cool-down to release tension and reset your nervous system, so you walk away feeling strong, centered, and recharged.
